Grills
Instructions for use:
  • Before first use, sand or earth should be placed in the ash tray so that the first contact of the embers with the equipment is not too abrasive.
  • The design of this grill does not allow more than 50% of the cooking surface to be used. If the cooking area is completely covered, this will result in excessive heat build-up, which can cause damage to the grill that is not covered by the warranty.
  • Use charcoal that complies with current laws.
  • Fill the burning area with charcoal, ideally as far to the center as possible.
  • Use wood charcoal that complies with current regulations.
  • The easiest way to light the charcoal is to use grill lighters in accordance with EN 1860-3, which you can easily find in the store. They are completely safe.
  • Don't cook until the charcoal has a thin layer of ash! The charcoal must burn without producing flames.
  • You must not use flammable liquids to light or increase the flames on the grill.
  • For obvious reasons, we recommend that you do not move your grill during operation.

Care and Maintenance:
  • Clean your grill regularly between uses and especially after long periods of storage. Make sure the grill and its components are sufficiently cool before cleaning. Never leave your grill exposed to the elements and keep it away from moisture.
  • You should never use excess load beyond the maximum limit indicated on the equipment itself, for reasons of safety and proper maintenance for the good condition of the equipment itself.
  • Never pour water onto the grill when the surface is hot.
  • Never handle hot parts with bare hands.
  • In order to extend the life of the grill, we recommend that you cover it if you leave it outside for a long period of time, especially during the winter months.
  • Even if your grill is covered with protection, it still needs to be inspected regularly, as moisture or condensation can appear and cause damage. It may be necessary to dry the grill and the inside of the protective cover. Grease residues can also start to rot on some parts of the grill. These need to be cleaned with very hot water and detergent. If you find signs of rust that are not in contact with food, you need to treat them with a rust-removal product and paint these parts with a special grill paint.
